Using WebMail to pickup your email

Using webmail is much the same as using your email client on your computer. The main difference is that with webmail you are viewing your mail live on the server through your web browser i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.
To get started you will need your email password, if you do not have this contact support to request it, make sure you are sending the request from the email account you wish to have the password for or from the Master Account Email address we have on file. If you cannot do it either of these ways please call support.
Now we have our password, let's begin:

- Open your web browser of choice.
- In the address bar type: http://webmail.ihosttech.com or go to to our home page you will find a link directly to webmail.
- You will be asked for your username and password.
- Your username is your full email address i.e. joesmith@ihosttech.com
- Enter your password.
- You should now be logged into webmail, if this is the first time you have used webmail, it will ask you to fill in some information, like reply to address, Full Name, etc. Most of this is optional.
